Sovereign managed cloud, in Germany and Switzerland.
In developmentWe are developing Horizon Cloud for European teams: managed databases, containers, app hosting, object storage and AI inference. Services and regional availability are in development.

- Provision and connect resources through MCP
- Deploy and inspect workloads
- Open-source connectors for the tools we build
What the platform runs
The service types Horizon Cloud brings into one operating experience. This list grows as the platform develops.- Compute and network
- Virtual machines, containers and private networks, with load balancing and caching.
- Managed databases
- Relational, document, key-value, cache, search and vector databases, run and backed up for you.
- Messaging and streaming
- Event streaming and queues for connected systems and background work.
- Storage and security
- Object storage, a container registry and secrets management.
- Web app hosting
- Hosting for common applications, so a site or an internal tool goes live without managing a server.
- Open-weight AI inference
- Open-weight models on our own hardware, served inside the same jurisdiction as your data.
These are service types in the platform, not a public-availability list. Rollout status is tracked separately as each service is released.
Pricing
Pricing is in euros and publication is in progress. Three tiers are planned — Starter, Business and Sovereign — alongside a public calculator that compares the same workload on a hyperscaler and on Horizon Cloud, with the assumptions shown. We publish a figure only when we can stand behind it.
The claims behind the platform
- Sovereign by default
- Datacenter locations named, contracting entity and governing law stated, data-processing agreement downloadable.
- Managed, not just hosted
- Databases, containers and app hosting run for you, with the console shown.
- AI built in
- A live list of hosted open-weight models with per-token prices and inference benchmarks.
- Agent-native
- An agent deploying and inspecting a tenant through MCP, with the connectors open-sourced.
